Arabian, Warhorse XC enjoy FEAST; Joslin, Garza among top finishers

Freshman Katelyn Joslin paced the Devine Arabian Cross Country team in its FEAST Patriot Invitational weekend meet. Katelyn ran 12:41 over the two-mile course to finish 8th place overall out of 84 competitors. Xavier Garza led all Warhorses coming in 38th with a time of 17:39.
Last year’s district champion Bri Bowyer was 23rd while Kristina Moralez (30th 13:22) and Yessika Garza (34th 14:08) also finished in the top half of the competition.
Other than 2019 state qualifier Garza, the only other Warhorse to finish in the top half was newcomer Isaiah Morin who finished 62nd with a time of 18:32.
