The Arabian powerlifting team is getting used to leaving Texas Strength Systems with plenty of hardware draped around their neck. Devine’s third meet in the gym on the campus of UTSA had six Arabian lifters accomplishing second or third place totals.
“Jeanette Rios, Kyra Keylich, Jessie Ramirez, Isabella Gutierrez, Khali Key, Felicity Diaz, and Kristian Ortiz continue to perform well and to improve their totals from week to week, just as the rest of their teammates are,” stated Head Coach Paul Gomez. “We have a couple more weeks to get ready for regional and I like our chances of being well represented at that meet.”
As a team, Devine finished in fourth place with 24 points.
