Where in the Biblewill I find…?

Matthew 26:41 “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
I hope everyone is doing well this week. Let me encourage all of you to get into the word of God every day. Start out just reading ten verses a day; this will develop a desire to read more each day. When you reach three and one quarter chapters a day and maintain it you will read the whole Bible in one year. Have you read your Bible today? Let us also watch and pray and never forget there are those who desperately need our prayers. Our question for the week is: “Where in the Bible will I find God putting his words into someone’s mouth?”

Sometimes we have a struggle with which words to use, other times we blurt out things that we wish we would have thought of a little harder before speaking them. Words are powerful and often hurt people, on the other hand words are powerful and can also comfort people. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard people say things like “I just didn’t know what to say” or “I’m really at a loss for words” The prophet Jeremiah believed he couldn’t speak but God was determined to use him anyway. Jeremiah 1:4-9 “Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. But the LORD said unto me, say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. Be not afraid of their face: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD. Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.” Think about it! J.W.
