Where in the Bible will I find…?

2nd Timothy 3:16-17 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction for instruction in righteousness that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”
I trust, hope, and pray that you are doing well so far this week. As always I encourage you to get into the word of God on a daily basis. Have you read your Bible today? Let us also continue to pray for our nation’s defenders and our first responders. Our question for the week is; “Where in the Bible will I find someone told to watch what they say about the king because a bird might tell him what you said?”

Sometimes when we know something that we found out by chance, or something that someone told us in confidence, when asked how we came across that information we will say “A little bird told me” I’m not sure where that phrase or idea came from but I do know that the concept is in the Bible and it comes from Ecclesiastes 10:20 “Curse not the king, no not in thy thought; and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber: for a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter.” Think about it!
