Vance honored as one of Devine’s greatest athletes
Joe “Sandy” Vance won two World Series rings with the New York Yankees.Helen Vance, 103, with a plaque celebrating the athletic accomplishments of her husband, Joe “Sandy” Vance. Pictured with Helen are her son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The plaque will be on display in the Devine Student Activity Center.
