Two ejected in rollover, pursuit on I-35

Frio County deputies attempted to stop a white car on I-35 with a paper license plate that was unreadable last Monday, November 30th north of Moore. The driver evaded deputies and led them on a chase up I-35 north, and lost control as it went off the interstate near MM 115.
The vehicle went into a side skid and rolled several times. The driver and front seat passenger were both ejected and transported by air to SA hospitals for what appeared to be serious/critical injuries. The other five passengers were transported to area hospitals by ambulance or released to Border Patrol.
The driver, a 24-year-old male subject, was charged with Evading Arrest and Human Smuggling.
