Devine senior volleyball standout Addie Trojanowski got selected to the TGCA Blue All Star Team and played in the All Star volleyball game last week with great success and honor.
“The team was composed of 12 players from 1A-4A schools from around the state,” said Devine HS Arabian Volleyball Head Coach Leigh Anne McIver. “I nominated her but, the coaches from our region are the ones that selected her.”
“They played Tuesday at the Delco Center in Austin as part of the TGCA coaching clinic. Addie did a great job in the game. Once she got comfortable she really controlled the game with her sets and helped her team to a thrilling 5 set win. She even served the game point in the 5th set. It was awesome to see Addie out there representing our Arabian program and our Devine community.”
“I am so lucky to have been granted the opportunity to play at that level. It was an amazing and humbling experience. I plan to use the things I learned from the game to further myself as a player. I learned things from the TGCA experience that I can take back to my team. My team and I are prepared and willing to do what it takes to reach our full potential and reach our goals,” said Trojanowski.
