Medina County Sheriff Randy Brown urged the Devine City Council at the November 21 council meeting to review its original management contract with SG Golf Management regarding any issues with water being diverted outside the city golf course for private use.
“The only thing I can come back to, that the city may want to look at or not, is the contract. But as far as David Grego stealing water, never happened,” said Sheriff Randy Brown.
