Sandra Kay (Collins) West Outlaw

Sandra Kay (Collins) West Outlaw passed away on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021 at her home in Devine. She had a heavenly meeting with her daughter Katrina.
Sandra was born in Temple, Texas on April 26, 1951 to parents Emzy and Stella Collins, both who proceeded her in death, and her daughter, Katrina.
Sandra leaves behind two sisters, La Von Hausamazn and husband Erwin of New York, and Rogene Cupp and husband Charles Stephens of Devine; and brother Glen Collins and wife Kathy of San Antonio.
She is survived by niece Melissa Stevens, nephew Dan’l Cupp, Cowboy and Rowdy Collins, Debbie, Jeremy, and Eric of New York. Great-nieces and great-nephew Cassie Mueller, Alyssa and Brittan Cupp.
Sandra worked for Levi Strauss in San Antonio, Goodyear Tire Company, Gunderland Marine in Corpus, and Ben E. Keith as the first female sales rep out of Corpus.
She opened Sandy’s Go West Western Store in Devine. She worked for her sister as night manager at Charlie’s II Restaurant in Devine.
Sandra became ill with COPD and was confined to her home. She loved to share her baking skills with so many people. We were all blessed with many Christmas and birthday treats by this special lady.
Sandra will be missed by many friends of Devine, Orange Grove, and Corpus, and three special friends Jane, Wanda, and Bones.
There will be a memorial service at a later day.
