The Pirates are hanging strong at #15 in the TABC rankings. Now 12-4 overall and 3-0 in district, the Pirates are tied in first with undefeated Poth and Dilley. They will face Poth on January 4th and Dilley on January 7th.
On December 21st, the Pirates took down Poteet 68-39. Lytle’s “stand outs were Jordan Balderaz with 21, Malaki Castro with 14, and Damien Garcia/Bryson Duty both with 7,” said Coach Frank Scotello.
After a short holiday break, the Pirates were back in action on Monday against Eagle Pass. Winning 73-47, Jalen Guevara scored 20, Jordan Balderaz had 19, and Eli Vega with 9 points.
