The Natalia Mustangs will travel to Frio County this weekend for the annual Pearsall Maverick Classic. Natalia will be one of eight teams in the competitive three day tournament.
The Stangs open the tournament on Thursday am, as they battle district 30-3A foe Cotulla at 11:30 a.m. The Stangs will then face Lee Academy at 5:30 p.m. in their final game of the day.
On Friday, Natalia rounds out pool play at 10:00 a.m. as they battle the Pearsall Mavericks.
Dependent on how the boys in blue do in pool play will determine what time they will play Friday/Saturday in bracket action.
Other teams in pool play include Crystal City, Dilley, Carrizo Springs and Poth.
Natalia returns to non-district play on Tuesday, December 4th as they travel to Leakey for a JV game at 5:00 and a varsity contest at 6:15 p.m.
