With their season winding down, the Natalia Mustangs have just two games left. This Friday they will play Jourdanton and then finish their season in Poteet. Currently 1-11, there is no chance for play-offs this year. But with several varsity players coming back next season, they will build upon what they learned this season.
Falling 42-48 to West Campus, the Mustangs led both teams in free-throws, points off turnovers, and points in the paint. But West led in many other stat columns for the win. It was a close game with Natalia trailing by just one at the half. West picked up their offense in the second half and the Mustangs could not keep up.
