On May 5th, Christian James Hernandez, 17 years old, of Hondo will face a jury in the murder trial of Fabian Hernandez who was killed on October 11, 2023. A 911 hang up call led police to the scene on Avenue D in Hondo.
Upon arrival, Fabian Hernandez, 35 years of age of Hondo, was found in the roadway suffering a gunshot wound, according to Hondo Police Department.
