Michael Anthony Ruiz, Jr., of San Antonio, passed away on March 1, 2020 at the age of 25 years. He was born July 19, 1994 in San Antonio, Texas to Michael Anthony Ruiz, Sr. and Herlinda Ybarra.
Survivors include his mother, Herlinda Ybarra of San Antonio; father, Michael Anthony Ruiz, Sr. of San Antonio; sisters, Denise Ruiz of San Antonio, Samantha Ruiz (Richard Garcia) of San Antonio, Jessica Ruiz of San Antonio and Lauren Ruiz of Midland; nieces and nephews, Christian Allen Ruiz Garcia, Kristiana Joy Anguiano, Joshua Buell, Krysta Buell, Nova Rose Buell and Elijah Roman Buell.
Visitation will be Monday, March 9, 2020 starting at 5:00 pm at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home, with the Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 10:00 am at St. Anthony Mary Claret Catholic Church, 6150 Roft Road, San Antonio, TX 78253. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian, 11624 Culebra Road, San Antonio, Texas 78253.
