Merrill Clinton Potter, Jr., of Natalia, was born on September 22, 1942 in Sankertown, Pennsylvania and passed away on May 22, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his wife Darlene Fay Potter, mother Anna Lorraine Potter, father Merrill Clinton Potter Sr., brothers George Lee Potter and Charles Leroy Potter, sisters Patricia Mae Howard and Margaret Ann Mock.
He is survived by son Joseph Anthony Cain III (Tammy) of Bolivia, NC, son Michael Clinton Potter Sr. (Barbara) of Lytle, sister Linda Queening (Dave) of Moore, sister Andrea Pierce (Otis) of Natalia, sister Karen Rogers-Haley (Hershel) of Lake City, Florida, six grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 28 at Alta Vista Funeral Home in Natalia, Texas. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, May 29 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
