Martin Files Graham

Martin Files Graham was born January 6, 1937, in Del Rio Texas and passed away on January 5, 2022, in Medina County Texas at the age of eighty-five.
Martin graduated high school in Marfa Texas then went on to graduate from Texas A&M University in College Station Texas. Martin worked for the soil conservation service, appraiser for First National Bank in Paris Texas, owned and operated a café in Deport Texas. Martin enjoyed farming and ranching. God blessed him with a green thumb which he applied to his life’s work of farming and ranching. He farmed in many areas of Nevada and Texas, retiring from the LDS Farm in Pearsall Texas with 23 years.His family has fond memories of growing up on and visiting the farm. Martin Served in the Army followed by The Texas National Guard.
He is survived by X-Wife and friend Lana Garner. Children: Leon Graham (Aara Graham), Lillie Stacy (Kenneth Benefiel) and Lorean Graham (Billy Baertich).
Grandchildren: Kimberly Hilburn, Jeff Cochran (Brandi Stephan), Bryan Stacy, Clifford Graham (Sarah Graham), Kayla Murphy (Shane Murphy), Lynda Hays (Jake Nelson), Seth Graham(Karma Graham), Skyler Hilburn, Katie Rutledge (Roper Brown), Sydney Rutledge, Gauge Graham, and Ryder Graham.
Great-grandchildren: Roper Graham, Harper and Gauge Murphy, Katy and Tyler Hilburn, Kylie Brown, Rowdy Hays, Isaiah, Killian, Hazelyn, Clover, Teagen and Khalie Cochran, Piper Pillins, Derrick Perez, Blayden Parish, Pecos Brown, Prycelyn Bailey, and Riley, and Emma Graham.
And his beloved puppy Pooch.
Preceded in death by Parents Joe Stanley and Annie Lorean Graham, siblings Catherine Carpenter, Joe and David Graham, Daughter Leora Hilburn.

Visitation will be held at Alta Vista Funeral Home Tuesday, January 11, 2021, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
Service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 2910 Ave Q in Hondo Texas on Wednesday, January 12, 2021, at 11:00am. Graveside Service to follow at the Devine Evergreen Cemetery on Colonial Pkwy Devine Texas. Reception to follow for family and friends at 111 B South Teel.
