Mariano Gonzales Gomez, 77, passed away on June 8, 2020 in San Antonio TX. He was born on April 17, 1943 in Devine to parents Rumaldo Gomez and Juanita Gomez.
Mariano was preceded in death by Rumaldo Gomez – father, Juanita Gomez – mother, Mary Gomez – spouse, Blas Gomez – brother, Jose Gomez – brother, Rumaldo Gomez – brother, Abran Gomez – brother, Benny Gomez – brother, BlasaRizo – sister, Delfina Gonzales – sister, Maria Gonzales – sister, Juana Gaona – sister.
Mariano is survived by Cindy Mattke- daughter, Dwayne Mattke -son in law, Jacob Mattke – grandson, Nicholas Mattke – grandson, Ashley Mattke – granddaughter, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held Monday, June 15, 2020 at Hurley Funeral Home from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Rosary was recited at 7:00 PM, Monday, June 15, 2020. Mass was celebrated at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 16, 2020, St. Joseph Catholic Church Devine with interment following in Lytle Community Cemetery.
