Feb. 27
1:46 AM – Officer responded to Main St. for a report of the natural death of a 45-year-old male subject.
7:33 AM – Officers responded to Morales Feed and Seed for a report of an alarm. Employee had the wrong passcode.
9:30 AM – Officer responded to Lytle High School to unlock a vehicle.
11:10 AM – Traffic stop at FM 2790 N. and FM 463 resulted in the arrest of a 42-year-old male subject for having an Active Warrant out of Bexar Co. for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance PG1. Subject was transported to Atascosa Co. Jail.
11:58 AM – Officer responded to Galicia Park for a report of a suspicious person and vehicle in front of residence. Officer arrived and determined the vehicle belonged to a family member.
2:15 PM – Officer responded to Main St. Food Mart for a report of a hold up alarm. The alarm was set off by accident.
2:25 PM – Officer was flagged down by a motorist who reported a stop sign down at FM 3175 and IH-35 S. Frontage Rd. A temporary stop sign was placed and TXDOT was notified.
4:40 PM – Officers responded to Wisdom St. at Lake St. for a report of a disturbance between complainant and a pedestrian who was walking in the middle of the roadway. The pedestrian kicked complainant’s vehicle, but complainant elected not to file a complaint.
6:45 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a complainant who sent money to an individual who claimed to be family. Complainant later realized it was a scam. Total loss $808.00.
8:15 PM – Officer responded to FM 3175 to assist Atascosa Co. Deputy with a physical family disturbance.
9:00 PM – Officer responded to US Post Office for a report of a driver that backed into the two outgoing mail boxes. The postmaster arrived and removed the mail and boxes.
9:30 PM – Officer responded to Sonic Drive-In for a report of a truck with a ladder that struck an overhead light and fixture, breaking it.
10:00 PM – Officer responded to Railhead Cafe and issued a Criminal Trespass Notice.

12:48 AM – Complainant called PD and talked to an officer in reference to an incident that occurred earlier.
1:42 AM – Officers responded to Ball Rd. to assist Atascosa EMS with a patient who had been stung by a scorpion.
3:30 PM – Officer responded to Willey’s Auto Value for a report of an unruly customer. Customer left prior to officer’s arrival.
4:55 PM – Officer responded to FM 3175 at Magnolia St. for a report of a loose donkey. Officer arrived along with Animal Control and a resident who corralled the donkey to the owner’s residence.
5:15 PM – Officers responded to Bruce St. for a report of a verbal disturbance. Officers arrived and met with complainant, who stated he did not want the argument to get out of control, retrieved his belongings, and left to San Antonio for the night.
5:35 PM – Complainant called PD and talked to an officer in reference to issues with traffic court.
5:40 PM – Officer responded to Lytle Mini Storage for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officer made contact with a mini storage renter who stated it was her cousin who could not find her location. All was normal.
Mar. 1
8:25 AM – Complainant stopped by the PD and dropped off a dead squirrel. Officer disposed of the dead squirrel.
9:30 AM – Officer responded to B. Benton St. for a report of a reckless driver.
12:46 PM – Officers responded to HEB Plus for a report of a suspicious male in the parking lot. Officers were unable to locate.
4:52 PM – Complainant called PD to talk to an officer in reference to wanting to get a hold of her brother, who has been under guardianship since they were children. Complainant has been unable to speak to him. Officer was unable to provide complainant with information due to not having immediate record on the brother, as well as due to restrictions on information pertaining to the case.
10:53 PM – Officer responded to Bruce St. for a reported loud party and cursing. Officer arrived and met with a small group of people who were grilling outside the residence. The group stated they had just finished grilling and would be going inside. They also agreed to keep the noise down.

12:35 AM – Officer responded to N. Somerset St. at Laredo St. and found a stop sign that had been knocked down at the intersection. Lytle Public Works was notified.
1:43 AM – Officer responded to Little Caesar’s for an alarm.
8:30 AM – Officer responded to Tots to Teens/Metro PCS for an alarm.
9:07 AM – Officer responded to Lake Shore Dr. for an alarm.
10:30 AM – Officer responded to Lynda’s Trade Mart to speak to a complainant. Officer was unable to locate complainant, who did not leave a call-back number.
10:56 AM – Officer responded to Best Western Plus for a vehicle vs pillar incident.
11:48 AM – Officer responded to Main St. near Cabinet Creations for a report of an 18-wheeler that was stuck. Officer escorted the oversized truck through town and back to IH-35 S.
2:09 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle with a child inside.
4:20 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle.
6:43 PM – Officers responded to Luckey Rd. to assist Atascosa Co. Deputy with a traffic stop. Two suspects were arrested by Atascosa Co.
7:30 PM – Officers responded to Park Place for a male juvenile who was unruly in the home. Officer spoke with both parents and juvenile, who agreed to take his medications.
Mar. 3
8:30 AM – Complainant reported her 16-year-old daughter left the house without permission. Juvenile did not go to school and did not return after school. Juvenile entered into TCIC.
12:25 PM – Officer responded to Lytle State Bank for a report of a burglary of a vehicle. Complainant stated her purse was taken, along with $250.00 in cash, wallet, Social Security card, and checkbook. Vehicle was unlocked.
12:48 PM – Officer responded to Days Inn to unlock a vehicle.
1:47 PM – Officer responded to Fitness 4 Life for a report of a burglary of a vehicle that occurred between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Stolen items were a bag of books ($250.00), and a check ($30.00), which was canceled at the bank. Vehicle was believed to be unlocked.
4:19 PM – Officer was contacted by complainant and advised her juvenile daughter had returned home. Officer contacted Atascosa Co. to have juvenile removed from TCIC.
4:40 PM – Complainant stopped by PD and talked to officer in reference to a civil matter – child custody.
5:20 PM – Officer responded to Main St. for a report of a civil matter – eviction.
5:58 PM – Officer responded to the HEB convenience store for a report of a civil matter.
6:54 PM – Officer responded to the Country View Apartments for a report of a disturbance. Complainant and her boyfriend had a verbal argument.
8:50 PM – Officer responded to S. Benton St. to talk to a complainant in reference to suspicious vehicles in the area.
10:50 PM – Officers responded to Subway for a report of two suspicious individuals standing by the building. All was okay; they were residents from the Country View Apartments.

1:30 AM – Officer responded to FM 2790 to assist Atascosa Co. with a report of a disturbance.
9:12 AM – Officers responded to Cortez Automotive for a report of an unknown suspect who poured what appeared to be eggs onto the complainant’s vehicle. Case under investigation.
10:35 PM – While on patrol, officer observed a vehicle behind Kirk’s Welding. Officer made contact with the individual, who was a customer and was picking up her truck and trailer.

2:55 AM – Officer responded to Lytle Nursing Home for the report of the natural death of a 76-year-old female subject.
4:17 PM – Officer responded to Diamond B Trail for an alarm.
4:40 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a report of a male taking pictures of a 13-year-old female. Officer arrived and met with the mother of the 13-year-old, who stated a black male was holding his phone close to his belt line, videotaping or taking pictures of her daughter’s buttocks. The manager was notified and will have surveillance video.
6:39 PM – Officer observed a male sitting on the grass by the Vol. Fire Station #2. Officer gave individual a courtesy ride to CR 3710 at Natalia.
