4:21 PM – 14600 Blk. FM 2790 – Officer responded to a verbal disturbance between the tenant and the landlord.
Tuesday, September 24
1:43 AM – 15200 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to a report of an open door. An employee secured the door.
2:19 AM – Main St. @ McDonald St. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for an inoperable license plate light, which resulted in the towing of a 2010 Pontiac G6 with an expired MVR, invalid driver’s License, and no insurance.
2:54 AM – 14600 Blk. Main St. – Officer provided a courtesy ride to the driver of an impounded vehicle for traffic violations.
8:35 AM – Lytle PD – Officer fingerprinted a female for employment.
9:35 AM – 15000 Blk. Harbour St. – Officer responded to a report of possible bank fraud. The case is under investigation.
11:15 AM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to a verbal disturbance with a male disputing a traffic citation.
12:00 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a resident whose computer was hacked with ransomware.
2:00 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a resident regarding a separation from his wife.
2:38 PM – Assist Atascosa EMS/Lytle VFD – 18400 Blk. Wisdom Rd. – Officer responded to assist in making entry to a resident’s home having a medical emergency.
4:34 PM – Lytle PD – Officer made contact with family members, who all were okay.
4:50 PM – 14900 Blk. Harbour St. – Officers responded to unlock a vehicle.
9:47 PM – Assist Atacosa County Sheriff’s Office – FM 3175 @ Granberg Rd. – Officer met with a deputy to provide him with personal property.
11:01 PM – Main St. @ McDonald St. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for a defective headlight, which resulted in the arrest of a 26 year old male for an active warrant out of Bexar County for theft of property and a 27 year old female for an active warrant out of Bexar County for Burglary of a Building. Subjects were both booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
Wednesday, September 25
7:45 AM – FM 2790 N. – Officer observed the school zone flashing lights were not working and contacted TXDot.
10:18 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
11:35 AM – 19900 Blk. FM 3175 – Officer responded to speak to a consumer.
12:20 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a driver regarding a hit-and-run accident that occurred at 7:40 AM at Cottage St. & Ruiz Foster Way.
6:45 PM – Main St. @ FM 2790 – Officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
7:26 PM – N. Benton St. @ Adams St. – Officer stopped to check on a stranded female motorist.
Thursday, September 26
7:35 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a resident who reported an unknown vehicle hit his fence in the 18800 Blk. of N. Prairie St. between 8:00 AM on 9/25/2024 and 7:35 AM on 9/26/2024, resulting in $200 damage.
8:00 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a resident regarding someone selling an expired insurance policy in her name and attempted to make a claim.
9:47 AM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – FM 2790 @ Luckey Rd. – Officers responded outside the city limits of Lytle for a report of a man walking on the side of the roadway with a gun but were unable to locate him.
11:03 PM – 15300 Blk. Main St. – Officer made contact with a homeless female.
Friday, September 27
1:57 AM – 14800 Blk. Lytle-Somerset St. – Officer made contact with a male in the parking lot of the apartments.
8:13 AM – IH 35 – Officer responded to look for a white Ford F250 possible hauling illegal immigrants but could not find it.
8:14 AM – Main St. @ McDonald St. – Officer assisted a stranded motorist that was disabled in the roadway.
12:38 PM – 18500 Blk. Live Oak St. – Officer was flagged down for old ammunition located in a resident’s garbage.
12:40 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a complainant about an iPhone 14 valued at $730 stolen from the Lytle ISD field house between 5:00 PM and 10:30 PM on 9/26/2024.
4:13 PM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to a report of a stolen purse from a possible homeless female but could not locate it. The complainant did not call back.
7:15 PM – 1800 Blk. CR 6710 – Officer contacted a resident concerning a tree leaning over the roadway.
7:19 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to unlock a 2010 Ford F150.
8:40 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to unlock a vehicle.
10:19 PM – 19400 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a robbery by an unknown male. The man stole an unknown amount of money from the female clerk after brandishing a gun. The case is under investigation.
Saturday, September 28
5:05 AM – 17900 Blk. FM 2790 – Officer observed a vehicle on the side of the facility. Everything was okay.
11:00 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a hit-and-run non-injury accident.
4:42 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to an unwanted, homeless female on the property.
9:26 PM – IH 35 SB – Officer responded and could not locate the vehicle.
9:50 PM – 19400 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer conducted a security check at the closing of the business.
11:58 AM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – FM 3175 @ IH 35 – Officer searched the area for a white truck involved in an accident outside the city limits of Lytle but could not find it.
Sunday, September 29
12:40 AM – Farmer Rd. – Officer responded to a vehicle doing donuts in the roadway. The driver agreed to leave the area.
7:02 AM – Assist Bexar County Sheriff’s Office – 19600 Blk. Gray St. – Officer spoke to a resident regarding a vehicle found in Bexar County.
4:22 PM – Assist Atascosa EMS –15300 Blk. Oak St. – Officers responded to assist with a dementia patient that struck a female EMS in the mouth. The patient was transported to the hospital.
8:55 PM – Coal Mine Park – Officer responded to a report of an unattended vehicle. Everything was okay.
9:20 PM – 14900 Blk. Lytle-Somerset St. – Officer responded to a noise complaint regarding the Church Festival.
9:50 PM – 19400 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer conducted a security check at the closing of the business.
10:10 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a verbal disturbance but the parties had left before the officers arrival.
10:50 PM – Live Oak St. @ Norvell St. – Officer made contact with a male carrying a child. Everything was okay.
