9:33 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a report of the theft of a paint gun. Video from HEB showed the theft did not occur at HEB Plus.
10:31 AM – Main St. @ McDonald St. – Officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
4:20 PM – 63300 Blk. San Juan St. – Unlocked a 2007 Pontiac.


5:05 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a report of a female shoplifting unknown items but could not locate her.
Tuesday, July 30
8:50 AM – 19900 Blk. FM 3175 – Officer responded to an Emergency Detention Warrant. The consumer was transported to the San Antonio Behavioral Center for treatment.
6:13 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – 1600 Blk. FM 2790 – Officer responded outside the city limits to assist with a child having behavioral problems.
7:23 PM – IH 35 S. @ FM 3175 – Officers responded to assist a stranded motorist in the roadway.

9:05 AM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer conducted a fire inspection for a certificate of occupancy.
11:15 AM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a report of harassment.
2:15 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to unlock a vehicle, which was unlocked before the officer’s arrival.
2:16 PM – 18100 Blk. Wisdom Rd. – Officers responded to a 911 open line. Everything was okay.
6:42 PM – Lytle PD – Officer responded to speak to a parent regarding child custody.
11:06 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a report of a female attempting to jump out of a vehicle. A 45 year old female was arrested for Failing to Identify False/Fictitious Information (Misdemeanor) and booked into the Atascosa County Jail.

12:11 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – The officer responded to a man mowing a yard who discovered a handgun.

Friday, August 2
12:25 AM – Benton City Rd. @ Magnolia St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for an expired MVR, which resulted in citations and the impounding of a 2015 Cadillac SRX for an expired MVR, no driver’s license, and no insurance.
12:57 AM – S. Benton St. @ Oak St. – Officer responded and could not locate anyone in the area.
9:32 AM – 18200 Blk. N. Benton St. – The officer responded to a report of scratches on the rear hatch of her vehicle.
10:10 AM – Lytle PD – Officer met with Border Patrol Agents and took possession of evidence from a case in 2/2023.
11:15 AM – Lytle PD – Officer fingerprinted a male for a gun purchase.
11:49 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a Quail Creek resident regarding high grass. The male was referred to ACSO.
12:06 PM – HEB Plus – 2008 Nissan Rogue was unlocked.
2:53 PM – Lytle PD – Officers received a $100 donation for the Police Department from a grateful resident.
4:31 PM – Assist Lytle VFD – IH 35 Near MM 131 – Officer provided traffic control for a grass fire in the median.
6:58 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – Main St. @ FM 2790 – Officers responded to assist with finding a vehicle that was involved in a drive-by shooting but could not locate it.
7:40 PM – 17900 Blk. Wisdom Rd. – Officer responded to a welfare check on the son of a non-custodial parent.
9:08 PM – 15100 Blk. Mesquite – St. Officers responded to a report of two males damaging a vehicle. A 39 year old male was arrested for providing a false report to a peace officer (Misdemeanor) and booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
Saturday, August 3
2:48 AM – N. Somerset St. @ Main St. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for failing to signal 100 feet and driving on an improved shoulder, which resulted in the arrest of a 32 year old female for Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense (Misdemeanor). Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
9:49 AM – 17000 Blk. Ball Rd. – Officer was flagged down by a resident to report damage to her water meter by a contractor.
10:36 AM – 20100 Blk. IH 35 – Officer responded to a found ATM card in the ATM.
11:53 AM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for an expired MVR, which resulted in the arrest of a 42 year old male for possession of a controlled substance (Felony). Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
12:48 PM – 18600 Blk. N. Benton St. – Officer received a phone call regarding a loose car battery cable.
10:42 PM – Assist Texas DPS – FM 2790 @ CR 6710 – Officers responded to assist DPS with a traffic accident.

11:45 PM – Lytle HS Football Stadium – Officers provided lights and Police Presence for the LHS football team practice.
