4:09 AM – 15100 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded and transported an individual to Laurel Ridge Treatment Center for an Emergency Detention.
8:02 AM – Lytle PD – Officer received a call from a female in New Mexico wanting to check on a male juvenile. The caller provided no information about the juvenile except he lived in the Lytle area. Officer was unable to locate the juvenile.
10:00 AM – 15000 Blk. Harbour St. – Officer responded to speak to an elderly female.
11:58 AM – 15900 Blk. Lakeshore Dr. – An officer responded to a report of a white extended-cab Ford Ranger parked under a tree but could not locate it.
11:31 PM – 18000 Blk. Lake Wind Dr. – Officer responded to call for a suspicious vehicle but could not locate the vehicle.

4:41 PM – 19900 Blk. Doc Holiday – Officer responded to an active alarm at the Saddle Ridge sales office. False Alarm.

9:18 AM – 19300 Blk. S. Somerset St. – Officer responded to a report of an unlocked 2009 Toyota Prius rummaged through, and $450 of cash was stolen.
10:34 AM – 15000 Blk. Harbour St. – Officer responded to speak to an elderly female.
11:41 AM – Railroad St. – Officer attempted to help change a flat but was unable to. The officer then provided a courtesy ride for the female to 11800 Blk. Sheppard Rd.
1:16 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a female requesting a document verifying her identification.
1:38 PM – 14600 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to an active alarm. False Alarm.
3:25 PM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officer spoke to a female regarding a habitual shoplifter at the store.
4:22 PM – Lytle PD – Officer released a cell phone to the brother of the owner of the phone per her request.
7:30 PM – McDonald St. @ IH 35 SB Frontage Rd. – Officer initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle for no license plate, resulting in a short pursuit that was canceled by the officer.
8:00 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – 370 Blk. SH 132 – Officer responded to assist outside the city limits of Lytle with a murder suspect but was canceled before arrival.
Friday, July 12
8:57 AM – IH 35 NB – Officer responded to a report of two 18-wheelers, both carrying oversized loads, that were not equipped with proper mirrors to see traffic behind/beside them.
9:34 AM – 14800 Blk. Railroad St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding, which resulted in the arrest of a 53 year old male for an active warrant out of Kendall County for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
10:21 AM – 15000 Blk. Harbour St. – Officer responded to speak to an elderly female about a possible theft, but there was no answer at the door.
10:57 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to assist in removing a bicycle lock but could not do so due to the solid steel lock.
12:04 PM – N. Somerset St. @ Houston St. – Officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
1:44 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office –3900 Blk. SH 132 – Officer responded to look for a suspect in a red Cadillac who reportedly committed a beer run. Officer could not locate the vehicle.
5:37 PM – 15100 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to an unwanted customer.
6:30 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a male regarding an earlier call in the morning.
10:42 PM – Assist Bexar County Sheriff’s Office – IH 35 SB Exit 133 – Officers were informed of a traffic accident that occurred in Bexar County outside the city limits of Lytle. Officers stayed on the scene until a Bexar County Deputy arrived.
Saturday, July 13
2:13 AM – FM 2790 @ Lake St. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for failing to dim the headlights, which resulted in the arrest of a 34 year old male for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Subject was booked into the Medina County Jail.
6:14 AM – 16000 Blk. Imes Way – Sgt. Hanson observed a suspicious vehicle, which ultimately resulted in the arrest of a 34 year old male and a 38 year old male for stealing approximately 100 lbs. of copper from two homes under construction in the Rosewood Estates. Subjects were booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
7:21 AM – First St. – Officer responded to check on a child.
8:18 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to an unwanted customer.
9:22 AM – Lytle PD – Officer was given a found wallet with IDs and change.
2:18 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a female on the phone regarding a missing bracelet.
3:07 PM – 15300 Blk. Main St. – Officer spoke to a caller regarding a phone scam on Facebook for hair coloring.
3:26 PM – IH 35 SB @ Exit 131 – Officer responded to a hit-and-run accident.
8:27 PM – White Cap Dr. – Officers responded to learn it was kids popping fireworks.
Sunday, July 14
12:56 PM – Fire Marshal / Assist LVFD –19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a vehicle fire. Lytle VFD extinguished the fire.
