6:35 PM – Main St. @ Prairie St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for a report of the driver firing a weapon on IH 35. The stop resulted in the arrest of a 20 year old male for Possession of a Stolen Firearm and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
7:40 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – The officer responded to the discovery of a bag with methamphetamine found on the store floor.
9:10 PM – 19900 Blk. FM 3175 – Officer responded to discover the male was an employee waiting on his ride.
10:06 PM – Saddle Ridge @ Doc Holiday Dr. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle with an illegal license plate cover out of Louisiana. The stop resulted in the arrest of a 38 year old male for 3 active warrants out of Guadalupe County for a Surety Bond, Failing to Appear, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The passenger, a 31 year old female, had 2 active warrants out of Bexar County for Possession. Both were booked into the Atascosa County Jail.

1:05 PM – 19500 Blk. IH 35 – Officers responded to a report of a male sleeping in the parking lot. Everything was okay.
1:42 PM – 15000 Blk. Harbour St. – Officer responded to speak to an elderly female about a possible theft.
5:37 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – The officer responded to a hit-and-run accident without injuries.
7:52 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for an expired motor vehicle registration, which resulted in the arrest of a 40 year old female for Failing to Identify Fugitive from Justice and two active warrants: Revocation of Probation in Atascosa County and possession of a controlled substance from Bexar County. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
8:00 PM – 18600 Blk. N. Benton St. – Officer responded to a small dog left by a resident. Everything was okay.
9:30 PM – Saddle Ridge @ Doc Holiday – Officer responded to a report of a male playing a guitar in the area but could not find him.

11:47 PM – McDonald St. @ IH 35 SB Frontage Rd. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for reasonable suspicion, which resulted in the arrest of a 42 year old male for Driving While Intoxicated enhanced. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.

3:28 PM – 19500 Blk. IH 35 – Officers responded to a report of three suspicious males in a Nissan Armada with Colorado plates but could not locate them
6:09 PM – IH 35 @ MM 131 – Officer responded but could not locate the vehicle.
3:51 PM – Somerset St. – Officer responded to a report of a reckless ATV but could not locate it.
9:20 PM – 15800 Blk. White Cap Dr. – Officer responded to a report of fireworks, and the resident agreed to stop.

2:38 AM – Main St. @ Somerset St. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for running a light, which resulted in the arrest of a 36 year old male for six active warrants out of Atascosa County and the City of Pleasanton. Larceny, theft of a firearm, 2 counts of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and 2 counts of abandon endanger child criminal negligence. A warrant for Burglary of a Habitation out of Pleasanton. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.

11:34 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a report of an unsecured load.
1:24 PM – 15000 Blk. Harbour St. – Officer responded to speak to an elderly female about a possible theft.

12:10 AM – Main St. @ Bank St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for Driving on an Improved Shoulder, which resulted in the arrest of a 62 year old male for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
12:10 AM – CR 6840 @ SH 132 – Officer observed a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro pull behind Arturo Armando Nunez (DWI) during a traffic stop, which resulted in the arrest of a 59 year old female for Driving While Intoxicated. Subject was booked into the Medina County Jail.
8:40 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a report of a broken car window. The vehicle owner broke the window to enter his vehicle after locking his keys inside.
9:07 AM – 19900 Blk. Lonesome Dove – Officers responded to a report of a male in a gray Toyota Rav4 approaching a 17-year-old male.
9:54 AM – 19900 Blk. FM 3175 – Officers responded to an EMS call to discover the call was from the Eagle Pass unit. Maverick County was contacted and EMS made the scene.
10:53 AM – SH 132 Overpass – Officers responded outside the city limits of Lytle to remove a sign in the middle of the roadway.
11:32 AM – IH 35 SB – Officer received a call about a gray Nissan Armada driving 100 MPH entering Lytle. Officers could not reach the location before the vehicle exited the city.
12:10 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a citizen about a child he was worried about. The man was referred to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office due to the location of the residence.
7:13 PM – 15300 Blk. Cottage St. – Officer responded to an active alarm set off by the wind.
7:55 PM – 400 Blk. CR 6842 – Officer responded to unlock a 2006 Pontiac SUV.
10:28 PM – FM 2790 @ FM 463 – Officers initiated a traffic stop for Failure to Safely Maintain Lane, which resulted in the arrest of a 38 year old male for Driving While Intoxicated. The passenger, a 38 year old female, was arrested for Public Intoxication. Both subjects were booked into the Atascosa County Jail.

12:14 AM – 63300 Blk. Diaz St. – Officer responded to a report of a physical disturbance.
12:54 AM – 14600 Blk. FM 2790 – Officer responded to an active alarm. The building was secure.
1:19 AM – Main St. @ Bank St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for stopping in the middle of the road, which resulted in the arrest of a 39 year old female for Driving While Intoxicated. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
2:27 AM – Saddle Ridge @ Lonesome Dove – Officers responded to a report of fireworks but were unable to locate anyone popping fireworks.
7:16 AM – IH 35 @ MM 132 SB – Officers responded to an 18-wheeler rollover, which shut down the SB lane of IH 35 for an extended period of time. No injuries were reported.
1:25 PM – 15000 Blk. Harbour St. – Officer responded to speak to an elderly female about a possible theft.
2:30 PM – Lytle PD – Officer released an Apple iPhone to the owner.
4:02 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a report of a lost wallet. The wallet was located at a different location.
4:50 PM – N. Somerset St. @ Laredo St. – Officer received a report of a stop sign knocked down. Lytle Public Works was notified.
8:29 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer received a phone call from a customer regarding a verbal disturbance about 30 minutes before the call.
