Monday, August 14
5:30 PM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a report of social media harassment.
7:54 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office w/a Pursuit – Main St. @ Gray St. The pursuit ended on Gray St., the lone suspect fled on foot and was captured an hour so later on Rodeo St. near FM 3175. He was released to Medina Co. S.O.
9:16 PM – 500 Blk. CR 6842 – Officer responded to a snake call. Lytle VFD removed the snake from the property.
10:02 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – 4700 Blk. FM 3175 – Officer assisted in a disturbance outside the city limits of Lytle.
11:11 PM – Lytle-Somerset St. @ Bruce St. – The officer contacted the driver of a stranded vehicle. The vehicle was towed off the roadway.
Tuesday, August 15
10:33 AM – 15300 Blk. Oak St. – Officer responded to a report of a lost computer tablet that was left on the top of her car.
4:33 PM – Main St. @ McDonald St. – Officer responded and was unable to locate the male.
6:31 PM – 14300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to an active alarm. The business was secure.
Wednesday, August 16
1:24 AM – IH 35 SB Entrance Ramp – Officer contacted the driver of a stranded vehicle. The vehicle was having electrical issues.
4:46 AM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – 90 Blk. Las Palomas Dr. – Officers responded to assist in an active disturbance outside the city limits of Lytle.
10:45 AM – St. Andrew’s Catholic Church – Officers provided a funeral escort to the south end of town.
11:00 AM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a civil matter regarding a lawnmower.
4:53 PM – 14400 Blk. Railroad St. – Officer responded to check on a male. Everything was okay.
6:26 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to an incident that originated outside the city limits of Lytle.
9:00 PM – 19200 Blk. D’Hanis St. – Officer spoke to the complainant regarding harassment and requested extra patrols.
Thursday, August 17
7:33 AM – FM 2790 @ Blume Dr. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding in a school zone, resulting in the arrest of a 40 year old female for an active warrant out of Bexar County for theft of $100 <$750.
7:48 AM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
8:40 AM – 19000 Blk. N. Somerset St. – Officer responded to a female knocking on doors. The female left the scene in a red SUV before the officer’s arrival.
10:45 AM – 14800 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers provided a funeral escort to the south end of town.
12:54 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a male sitting in the drive-thru and provided him a courtesy ride to Natalia.
8:47 PM – 18200 Blk. Wisdom Rd. – Officers assisted in cleaning trash off the roadway that had fallen out of a moving vehicle.
Friday, August 18
11:30 AM – 19600 Blk. Gray St. – Officer responded to a gas main line damaged by a construction company.
1:51 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to speak to a complainant regarding an unwanted female at the premises.
3:43 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a minor backing accident with no injuries.
7:28 PM – 18900 Blk. FM 2790 – Officers responded to four large dogs attacking cattle on LISD property. The same pack had attacked and injured numerous goats earlier in the day.
10:13 PM – 14800 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to a report of a verbal disturbance during a Bingo church event.
Saturday, August 19
5:31 AM – 18500 Blk. FM 2790 – Office provided a courtesy ride to a stranded female to the Whataburger.
8:09 AM – 15300 Blk. Oak St. – Officer responded to the death of a 65-year-old male.
10:15 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a parent regarding child custody.
11:15 AM – 6300 Blk. Lake Wind Dr. – Officer spoke to a male regarding the burglary of a vehicle occurring in San Antonio.
3:31 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to an active alarm. The business was secure.
3:41 PM – Houston St. @ D Hanis St. – Officers responded to a report of a male looking into the window of a residence. The male was installing an A/C unit.
4:10 PM – McDonald St. @ IH 35 Frontage Rd. – Officers responded to a hit & run minor non-injury accident.
6:54 PM – 19100 N. Somerset St. – Officer responded to the report of a flagpole rope being cut.
9:35 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a stolen iPhone valued at $1,400 left at the checkout and stolen by two females in a silver Nissan Altima.
9:38 PM – 14800 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to an active alarm. The officer discovered the front door unlocked and waited for an employee to arrive to lock the door.
11:49 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – 500 Blk. Majestic Oaks – Officer responded to assist with a violent disturbance outside the city limits of Lytle.
