11:10 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a report of a theft in progress. A 32 year old male was arrested on an active warrant out of Frio County for Forgery. Methamphetamine was discovered during the arrest, and subject was charged with possession of a controlled substance and booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
12:45 PM – Coal Mine Subdivision – Officers were contacted regarding a train blocking the Coal Mine entrance/exit.
1:06 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to check on a horse in the heat. The horse was okay.

10:25 AM – Lytle PD – Officer released the personal property to the owner, who was involved in an accident.

2:11 PM – 14800 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a hit-and-run non-injury accident.
2:35 PM – 15200 Blk. Hester St. – Officer responded to a report of a downed power line. The officer discovered it was a phone line knocked down by the storm and moved it out of the way for the resident.
2:56 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a hit-and-run accident that resulted in the arrest of a 47 year old male for an active warrant out of Harris County for DWI and an active warrant out of Bexar County for DWI. Subject was booked into the ACSO Jail.
4:24 PM – S. Somerset St. @ Lytle-Somerset St. – Officers responded to a report of a male and a female hitting each other.
7:39 PM – Assist Wilson County Sheriff’s Office – Main St. @ Davis St. – Officers assisted at a traffic stop.
8:03 PM – S. Prairie St. & Mesquite St. – Officers responded to a tree limb in the roadway. Officers removed the limb.
8:06 PM – FM 2790 @ IH 35 – Officers responded to a report of the traffic lights malfunctioning, but they were working properly upon arrival.
9:32 PM – 14900 Blk. Bruce St. – Officer responded to a report of loud music. The resident turned the music down.
Thursday, May 30
12:35 AM – IH 35 – Officer responded to MM 132 and was unable to locate the vehicle.
1:04 AM – 18000 Blk. Lake Wind – Officer responded to a report of a resident’s dog barking. During a search of the area, nothing was found.
2:29 AM – IH 35 @ MM 131 – Officers responded to a reckless driver report and spoke to the vehicle’s driver in the HEB parking lot.
4:57 AM – IH 35 @ FM 2790 – Officers located two stolen vehicles from the Granberg subdivision outside the city limits of Lytle. The officers pursued the Chevrolet Suburban and the Dodge pickup north on IH 35. The pickup crashed into another vehicle and struck an electric pole on the frontage road of IH 35 and Sheppard Road. The driver fled into the brush and was not found. The Suburban continued into Bexar County.

7:29 AM – 1800 Blk. CR 6710 – Officer responded to a report of a resident’s vehicle rummaged through. Nothing was reported missing at the time of the report.

9:06 AM – Lytle PD – Officers processed a 16-year-old male juvenile for two felony charges, possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance.
4:24 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a complainant regarding a civil matter with a contractor issue.
6:42 PM – White Cap Dr. @ Lake View Dr. – Officer responded and was unable to locate the vehicle.
9:21 PM – 19400 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a male on a bicycle behind the business but could not locate him.
11:47 PM – Assist ACSO w/ Burglars in Action – 14290 Main St. – Officers responded to an active alarm outside the city limits of Lytle. Officers discovered two male juveniles (ages 14 & 16) in the building. They were detained and released to the deputy.
Saturday, June 01

4:43 AM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to a two-vehicle injury accident that resulted in the arrest of a 34 year old male for Driving While Intoxicated and two counts of Intoxication Assault. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
9:48 AM – 14700 Blk. Railroad St. – Officer provided a male a courtesy ride to the 888 Barbershop.
10:09 AM – Lytle PD – Officer responded in reference to child custody.
2:29 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office –14290 Main St. – Officer responded outside the city limits of Lytle for an active alarm. The business was secure.
8:09 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to unlock a vehicle.
9:35 PM – Assist Atascosa EMS –14900 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to assist a patient having a medical emergency.
10:15 PM – FM 2790 @ CR 681 – Officer responded to an elderly female walking along the roadway.
Sunday, June 02
12:32 AM – Assist Atascosa EMS – 19900 Blk. FM 3175 – Officers observed a female lying on the side of the roadway and contacted EMS. The female was transported to the hospital.
1:43 AM – 19700 Blk. Bruce St. – Officers responded to an unknown male at the door of a residence. A 24 year old male was cited and arrested for Public Intoxication and booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
2:43 AM – 19100 Blk. N. Prairie St. – Officer observed two juvenile males in all black on bicycles riding on the side of the school. The two fled on foot leaving their bicycles and a backpack full of fireworks.
