The resident agreed to attempt to retrieve relevant footage from the property’s exterior surveillance cameras for review. Following the interaction, no further action was required or taken at the scene.

The vehicle traveled at 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone until stopping near roadside with EMS personnel. Officer found a semi-responsive female occupant experiencing a severe medical emergency involving heavy bleeding. The officer immediately assisted EMS in transferring the patient to an ambulance. During the conversation, the owner expressed discomfort, alleging that the neighbor constantly stared at him and threw rocks and sticks at the dog, while officers explained that the neighbor’s reaction likely stemmed from fear of a loose animal in a shared space, pointing to a mutual misunderstanding. Officers then spoke with the neighbor, who claimed that the dog’s owner had expressed a desire to fight, prompting law enforcement to advise both parties to maintain a safe distance from one another and instruct the neighbor to call police again if the dog was ever seen running loose.
