July 3, 2026
12:39PM – Officer sent to Hayden Ave for verbal disturbance between male and female. Female appears to be the aggressor.
21:17PM – Officer assisted Deputy serving warrant on male at Webb Ave.
July 4, 2026
9:41AM – Officer sent to Davis Ave W for city ordinance violation. Subject burning bush – issued warning and counseled.
15:15PM – Complainant on IH 35 MM 122 stated 18 wheeler almost ran them off of roadway. Unable to locate. Advised them to contact Frio County.
18:25PM – Late entry – Officer escorted Golf Cart Parade to golf course on Windy Knoll Dr N at 1000 hours to 1030 hours.
20:35PM – Officer notified of fireworks in area of Wedgewood Way. Unable to locate.
23:47PM – Officer assisted MCSO with traffic stop for a bike without lights on Teel Dr N. Male subject arrested for narcotics found in his possession.
July 5, 2026
0:10AM – Complainant on Colonial Pkwy E reported two people on bikes with flashlights near side of business. Located male and female near dumpsters getting discarded food.
21:34PM – Complainant on College Ave reported fireworks in the area. Unable to locate.
July 6, 2026
9:29AM – Found wallet on SH 132 N; black in color with Nautica design, trifold. Owner notified and stated she would be by to pick up later. Came by at 1437 hours to recover.
12:31PM – Officer sent to IH 35 S for a two vehicle non injury accident.
15:56PM – Complainant on Hondo Ave E reported a male subject drinking alcohol by BBQ pits and red Chevy Tahoe not registered at business. Officer made contact with male who state he would rent a room for the night.
18:25PM – Complainant on 173 and IH 35 reported board in roadway. Located and removed.
21:57PM – Complainant on College Ave reported fireworks being popped in the area.
July 7, 2026
4:01AM – Complainant on Live Oak Dr reported two suspicious vehicles parked in front of her house. Both vehicles departed before officers arrived.
4:30AM – late entry – occurred on 7/6/26 at 1815 to 1841 hours – Officer assisted MCSO on CR 7710 with disturbance.
10:54AM – Complainant on 173 and 35 reported vehicle was brake checking and cutting him off. Officer made contact with male who stated truck driver was doing the same thing.
16:01PM – Complainant on Cardinal Dr reported male selling windows without a permit. Officer located male at 1000 block of Dove Ave. Police identified solicitor and advised to obtain a permit.
18:17PM – Complainant on CR 761 reported suspicious person following female while she was running. Gave courtesy ride back to her residence.
July 8, 2026
8:16AM – Complainant on Colonial Pkwy reported a theft that occurred last night at approximately 1830 hours. Merchandise was stolen.
10:11AM – Officer removed debris off roadway on Onion Ave E.
10:31AM – Complainant on Watson Ave reported a suspicious brown Dodge pickup. Unable to locate.
July 9, 2026
3:48AM – Complainant on Coker Ave E advised tenants were arguing. All okay, both were yelling at a dog that got out.
6:19AM – Officer sent to Hondo Ave E for a major two vehicle accident.
12:47PM – Complainant on Hondo Ave E reported a maroon truck throwing fireworks at vehicles and animals. Contact made with ale subject who was counseled.
16:18PM – Complainant on IH 35 S reported 18 wheelers parked in on parking zone. Subject called back and reported truck driver was leaving.
22:00PM – Complainant on Colonial Pkwy reported several juveniles on dirt bikes revving engines and driving fast. Checked area but unable to locate.

Monday, July 06
3:24 AM – Saddle Ridge Subdivision – Officer responded to a report of fireworks being popped. Officers could not locate.
3:28 AM – Assist Bexar County Sheriff’s Office – SB IH 35 @ MM 133 – Officer responded to assist in locating a female who fled a motor vehicle accident.
8:39 AM – Lake Shore Subdivision – Officer responded to a suspicious white 4-door pickup but could not locate it.
9:15 AM – Saddle Ridge Subdivision – Officer responded to a report of fireworks being popped. No fireworks were heard.
3:00 PM – 19900 Blk. IH 35 – Officer responded to a report of a traffic accident that occurred on July 2nd.
Tuesday, July 07
2:10 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to assist a motorist with jump-starting his battery.
3:33 AM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for a defective headlight, which resulted in the 16-year-old driver giving False Information to the Officer. The juvenile was released to his mother, and the case is under investigation.
10:20 AM – 19500 Blk. S. Benton St. – Officers responded to a report of a resident who pushed his way into another residence. The male departed and was advised not to enter the residence again.
11:07 AM – 20200 Blk. IH 35 – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
9:45 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a report of a male attempting to steal $854 in merchandise. The male left the basket and fled when confronted by an employee.
Wednesday, July 08
1:35 PM – Lytle PD – Officer received a phone call regarding a husband-and-wife civil matter.
Thursday, July 09
1:30 AM – IH 35 @ MM 133 – Officer responded to a report of a reckless driver but could not locate the vehicle.
8:30 AM – 19200 Blk. McDonald St. v- Officers responded to a report of an unwanted vendor on the property.
12:25 PM – 14800 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
1:00 PM – 1800 Blk. FM 6710 – Officer responded to check on a female. Everything was okay.
7:37 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – 4000 Blk. SH 132 – Officers responded to assist with a traffic stop, which resulted in the driver’s arrest by the MCSO.
Friday, July 10
8:49 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
4:40 PM – Assist Atascosa EMS – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to assist a patient having a medical emergency.
11:04 PM – FM 2790 @ Blume Dr. – Officers responded to a report of a male yelling. Everything was okay.
11:43 PM – FM 2790 @ Main St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for a reckless driver, which resulted in the arrest of a 28 year old male for Driving While In toxicated. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
Saturday, July 11
8:44 AM – 15300 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to an active alarm. Everything was okay.
2:00 PM – Lytle-Somerset @ S. Somerset – Officers assisted Lytle Public Works with traffic control while barricades were placed due to high water.
2:47 PM – 15000 Blk. Lytle- Somerset – Officers responded to a report of an excavator parked in the caller’s yard. Everything was okay.
3:47 PM – 19200 Blk. Bank St. – Officers responded to a child custody issue.
6:06 PM – 19900 Blk. Lonesome Dove – Officer responded to a report of lightning striking a residence, resulting in damage to the attic space.
Sunday, July 12
2:19 AM – 15200 Blk. Main St. – Officers observed a female at the location and provided a courtesy ride to IH 35 & Shephard Rd.
12:22 PM – 19900 Blk. Huckleberry St. – Officers spoke to a victim at the PD regarding damage to his vehicle. The case is under investigation.
2:44 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – FM 2790 @ Rosewood Estates – Officers responded to a welfare check on an elderly male in a white Ford F350 but could not locate him.
8:40 PM – 14600 Blk. FM 2790 – Officer responded to a report of individuals popping fireworks in the parking lot. No one was on location, and no signs of fireworks were observed.
