Patrick DuBose retired SAFD Engineer/Paramedic was recently recognized by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians for achieving 30 consecutive years of National EMS Certifications. This is an honor held by few EMS Professionals.
To maintain his status as a National Registered EMT Patrick completed, on a biennial basis, the most comprehensive recertification program for EMS professional in America.
By maintaining his Nation EMS Certification and completing regular continuing education courses, Patrick has demonstrated his commitment to providing exceptional prehospital emergency medical care.
Patrick was Nationally Registered as a Paramedic in 1994 and has been serving the citizens of the City of San Antonio recently retired from SAFD. Prior to and during this position, Patrick worked for the citizens of Devine in both EMS and Fire Departments. The National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians serves as the National EMS Certification organization b providing a valid, uniform process to assess the knowledge and skills required for competent practice by EMS professionals throughout their careers and by maintain a registry of certification status.
