The filing period to apply for a place on the ballot in the upcoming Natalia ISD School Board and Natalia and La Coste City Council elections is next Monday, August 16.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 2.
Natalia ISD
The Board positions currently held by President Eric Smith and members Andrew Besa and Fernando Garza are up for election.
Applications may be filed at the NISD administration offices located at 805 Pearson. Summer office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Natalia City Council
The Council positions currently held by Mayor Tommy Ortiz and Council members Samuel “Chip” Bluemel, Jr., and Darin Frazier are up for election.
Applications may be filed Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at Natalia City Hall, located at 2078 Hwy. 132 N.
La Coste Council
The Council positions currently held by Dale Ames, Karl Lutz, and Wade Tschirhart are up for election.
Applications may be filed Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at La Coste City Hall located at 16004 S. Front St.
