Kenneth was born August 31, 1943 to Stanley Oster and Rose Gorski Oster in Cleveland, Ohio.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Rose Oster; son, David Oster; sister, Ruth Schulze.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Mary Oster of Victoria, Texas; son, Jason Oster of Victoria, Texas; daughter, Carol Neuman and husband, Larry of Devine, Texas; brother, Donald Ostrowski and wife, Florence of St. Hedwig, Texas; Grandchildren, Lacey Rodriguez and husband, Kenneth; Shelley Neuman; Holley Stuart and husband, Jesse; Daphne Johnson and husband, Grant; Great-Grandchildren, Cassius, Karlee, Kensley, Abby, Noah, Avery, Thomas and Tate.
