With only one game last week, the JV Lady Mustangs played hard and made sure they won it. Playing in Cotulla, the Lady Mustangs beat the Cowgirls 2-1. With just a handful of games left this season, the JV is currently 7-11 overall and 5-3 in district.
Easily winning the first set 25-14, the JV dropped the second set in a very tight game, 24-26. It was pure Natalia determination that helped them win the final set 15-9 and the game 2-1.

This Friday the JV is scheduled to play Karnes City. October 19th is Senior Night against Lytle, Dilley will be their last home game on October 22nd, and district will end October 26th in Poth.
