Jose Luis Lozano was born on February 26, 1944 in Mexico to Ramon Lozano and Emilia Lopez, and raised his family in Devine, TX. He was surrounded by his family when he went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2019 at the age of 75 in San Antonio, TX.
He is survived by his loving wife, Maria G. Lozano; sons, Isaias Lozano (Amy Lozano) and Emmanuel Lozano (Ruth Lozano) a daughter, Sarai Lozano (Connie De Leon); two brothers, Manuel and Raymundo, and predeceased by four sisters and nine brothers. He will be remembered by his grandchildren Jordan, Emmalisa, Natalie, Daniela, John, Eric, Gabriel and Isaac. He was truly loved and will be deeply missed.
Visitation will start at 9:00 AM on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Palm Heights Mortuary. Chapel Service will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Palm Heights Mortuary, and Procession will depart the funeral home thereafter. Interment will follow at Devine Evergreen Cemetery in Devine, TX.
