The public is invited to join Cardiologist Kalife Kuri, M.D. for a free dinner and information session on heart disease on Wednesday, May 31st. The event begins at 5:30 pm and will be held in the Medina Cafe at Medina Regional Hospital. Pre-registration is required. Kalife Kuri, MD, FACC, is board-certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. Dr. Kuri received his Medical Doctor degree from Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD. He completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN, and his residency/internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Kuri also completed an internship at Hospital Espanol de Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico and Medical School at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association and the American College of Cardiology.
