He was born September 23, 1959, to Jacky Lee Dick and Jeanenne Birkes Saitta in Houston, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jacky Lee Dick; beloved wife, Sylvia Ann Dick.
Forrest is survived by his mother, Jeanenne Brikes Saitta; sons, KC Rodriguez & Forrest Dick Jr.; his beautiful grandchildren, Caleb, Kyler & Kynleigh; brothers, Monte Dick and Billy Dick; sisters, Susan Frazier and Robin Martin.
Visitation will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home-Lytle, Chapel, Sunday, November 28, 2021, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a Rosary recited at 1:00 pm.
