Devine Seniors Around-the-World Parade will be held Saturday, May 23rd beginning at 6pm. The students are to begin lining up at 5:30 pm.
Students will meet and line up parade style in the high school parking lot. Please only one student per vehicle, unless family and we are asking parents to drive so that the senior can wave from the window. Students are encouraged to decorate their cars.
The Devine Police Department will assist in a mini parade down Hwy. 173. The parade line will travel together down to the light at Windy Knoll. This will be a lot like the teacher parades that have previously taken place. Community members can line the streets to show support. Please help spread the word!
The students will follow the lead cars (in smaller groups) to in-town curbside stops. At this time we have six locations.
The students will end at the First Baptist Church to enjoy a slide show drive-in style. Each senior can send in 10 pictures to Misty Adam Hackebeil or email to mhackebeil@hotmail.com by Friday, May 15th.
