Sept. 6
7:51 PM – Officer initiated a traffic stop in the 100 block of W. Colonial Pkwy. The male driver was found to have an active warrant for possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and was jailed.
8:05 PM – Officer dispatched to the 100 block of N. Bright Dr. in reference to a suspicious vehicle parked on the property. Unable to locate.
Sept. 7
11:35 AM – Complainant reported an older model gray Expedition all over the roadway on IH-35 N. Officers waited at mile marker 124; unable to locate.
10:10 PM – 5th wheel RV left abandoned in the roadway in the 500 block of Hayden Ave. Unable to locate; Morales Wrecker picked up.
2:05 AM – Complainant in the 300 block of Lorraine Dr. reported someone throwing rocks at his residence. Officers made contact with a juvenile across the street. Juvenile was released to parent with a written warning for curfew violation.
Sept. 8
4:55 AM – Officer observed two male subjects at a storage unit in the 500 block of Hayden Ave. The subjects advised they were taking out fishing gear from their unit.
9:55 AM -A traffic stop in the 900 block of W. Hondo Ave. resulted in a male subject being cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia. One pill in a prescription bottle belonging to the male subject’s brother was found and taken into evidence.
10:17 AM – Complainant in the 400 block of Jefferson Dr. reported that his vehicle was egged.
Sept. 9
6:43 AM – Complainant in the 400 block of W. Dilley Ave. advised a male subject wearing blue jeans and a plaid shirt was in front of the residence and walked north on Jefferson. The subject was ID’d.
6:49 AM – Complainant reported a bus stalled in the turn lane in the 100 block of N. Teel Dr. Morales Towing made location and moved bus off the roadway.
4:35 PM – Complainant in the 1200 block of W. Hondo Ave. reported a vehicle with a flat tire on the roadway.
Sept. 11
8:24 AM – Complainant in the 400 block of N. Teel Dr. reported a bike left up against the back fence. Business owner okay with leaving it on location.
9:16 AM – Complainant in the 100 block of Mobile Pkwy. reported that an unknown person threw marbles through the window of her new mobile home.
11:23 AM – Complainant in the 100 block of Mobile Pkwy. reported the burglary of a habitation. TV, jewelry, bowls, and misc. items were taken overnight.
5:08 PM – Officers dispatched to the 300 block of Briscoe Ave. in reference to a patient causing a disturbance. All was okay when officers arrived on scene.
Sept. 12
8:10 PM – Complainant in the 400 block of Wedgewood Way reported a dark-colored vehicle with its lights off in the 500 block of Commercial. Unable to locate.
9:55 PM – Vehicle disabled at traffic light on Hwy. 173. Officer made contact with the driver. Mike’s Towing took custody of the vehicle per driver request.
