5:17 PM – Complainant in the 100 block of Dixon Dr. reported that an ex-employee committed theft. The employee left when confronted by an employee to empty her purse. Charges pending.
Oct. 13
12:10 AM – Officers assisted the Medina County Sheriff’s Office with a physical disturbance with a bat in the 300 block of CR 6854.
12:54 AM – Vehicle stopped for a traffic violation in the 200 block of E. Hondo Ave. A male subject was found to be in possession of 4-200 grams of meth. The subject was also a felon in possession of a firearm, and $346 in cash was seized. The subject was jailed.
3:53 AM – A male subject in the 600 block of Moore Ave. gave false identification, struggled with officer, and fled on foot. Charges pending.
2:45 PM – Report of a white F-150 with an unrestrained child on SB IH-35. Unable to locate.
3:15 PM – Officers dispatched to the 300 block of Renfro Dr. for a male subject and a female subject fighting. Male subject left prior to officers’ arrival. Charges pending.
6:30 PM – A male subject was cited and released for assault by contact – family violence.
8:49 PM – Traffic stop on Coker Ave. A male subject was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Oct. 14
9:07 AM – Officer dispatched to the 100 block of W. Teel Dr. in reference to a male subject passed out in a black Chevy car at the gas pumps. A male subject was found to have a Medina County warrant for the manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance PG1 greater than 1g less than 4g, and was also in possession of dangerous drugs. The subject was jailed.
11:25 AM – Officer dispatched to Walmart in reference to 18-wheelers parking illegally. The trucks moved; all was okay.
7:00 PM – A stolen laptop was returned to its owner in the 500 block of Brown Ave.
Oct. 15
12:10 AM – Officer located a 17-year-old female subject who had run away from home. The subject was given back to her father.
5:48 PM – Complainant in the 500 block of Williamsburg Rd. reported a white Ford truck parked in front of the residence. Area was searched; unable to locate.
9:20 PM – Complainant on Rosewood reported an unknown substance. Liquid and solid object. Not believed to be an illegal. Both objects disposed of and cleared.
10:40 PM – Officers dispatched to IH-35 in reference to a male subject. Requested EMS because the subject was hearing voices.
11:40 PM – Officers dispatched to the 800 block of CR 768 in reference to a 15-year-old male subject feeling suicidal. The juvenile’s father stated he would take his son to San Antonio Behavioral Health Hospital.
Oct. 16
8:12 AM – Verbal disturbance occurred between a female subject and a male subject in the 600 block of W. Crouch Ave. on Oct. 15. Complainant advised the male subject took her cell phone and she wants it returned.
9:55 AM – Female subject in the 500 block of Fullerton Dr. reported receiving a dog bite on her left hand on Oct. 14 at 8:00 pm. Report was sent by City of SA Texas Med Clinic.
Oct. 17
2:10 AM – The door of a vehicle was left open on Howard Wallace Dr. Officer contacted the homeowner; all was okay.
Oct. 18
7:09 AM – Report of a male subject going through a dumpster in the 300 block of Hwy. 132 N. The officer made location. The subject was just looking for boxes; all was okay.
2:06 PM – Bags covering storm drains and drains on bridge were causing Hondo Ave. to flood. TxDot was notified, and officers had to remove them.
2:55 PM – Complainant in the 100 block of Dixon Dr. reported a verbal disturbance between a male and a female. Complainant was unable to provide description for either person. Unable to locate.
4:05 PM – Complainant advised the green lights on Teel Dr. were not cycling properly. The turn arrow was given at the same time as green lights for oncoming traffic.
9:24 PM – Officers dispatched to IH-35 SB in reference to a green Jeep all over the roadway. Officers made location; unable to locate.
9:34 PM – Officer assisted the VFD with a vehicle stuck in a low water crossing. Officer made location and provided cover and support.
11:45 PM – Vehicle stopped for a traffic violation on Sayers Dr. The male driver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited and released.
