Devine ISD Parent Portal open

The following information was released by Devine ISD on August 7.

Parents and Guardians,
The Parent Portal is now open. There are two types of forms housed in the Parent Portal.
New Student Registration – These forms are designed for students who are new to Devine and enrolling for the new year. Once these forms are complete, you will need to call the campus office to schedule an appointment to complete the registration process. You will be given your portal id so that you are able to complete the acknowledgement forms packet.
Note: Pre-K and Kindergarten students who completed paper registration forms earlier this spring or summer do not need to complete the new student forms. The elementary campus staff have already entered your student into the system. If you have not done so already, you can request a portal id at and complete the acknowledgement forms.
Acknowledgement Forms – These forms are for our returning students. This replaces the stack of papers your student has previously brought home for parents to complete during the first week of class.
Included in the acknowledgement forms packet is a Student Learning Survey. This is how parents will let the district know if they are choosing remote learning or face-to-face instruction. The reopening plan for your campus can be found on the district website and in the Parent Portal right above the Student Learning Survey. This survey needs to be completed by Sunday, August 16. If we do not have your response by the due date, we will plan for face-to-face learning for your student. All remaining forms in the packet should be completed prior to the first day of school.

We are working on all of the portal id requests for new parent portal accounts and will have those out to you very soon. If you do not have a Parent Portal account, you may request a portal id code by filling out the form at this link

During a test run yesterday afternoon, we discovered that some parents were able to access their portal account, but not the acknowledgement documents. When the email address used to create the Parent Portal account doesn’t match an email address listed in your student’s contact information, the acknowledgment documents do not appear in the portal. If you log into the portal and can see your student but not the acknowledgment forms, contact your campus office to update your email address.

We will open the computer labs at the middle school on Monday, August 10 and Thursday, August 13 from 5:30 – 6:30 to help any parents needing assistance. We will also have someone available to help our Spanish speaking parents. Please complete this form to let us know you plan on attending a lab session.
