19:00PM – Complainant on Live Oak reported a physical disturbance. Subject left scene in Dodge Durango.
19:00PM – Arrest made on Live Oak Rd for ASSLT Impede Breathe FV. Subject transported to MCSO county jail.
June 9
12:42PM – Complainant on IH 35 S called about trailer parked behind store. Belongs to contractor.
15:18PM – Called advised 18 wheeler disabled on intersection at IH 35. Texas Towing notified and removed vehicle.
June 10
2:09AM – Officer stopped vehicle on Hondo Ave. Subject had possible drug paraphernalia.
13:56PM – Complainant advised located an extremely corroded gun shape object. Unable to determine real or fake; placed in evidence locker.
13:58PM – Complainant on SH 173 N advised driver in silver Toyota was unable to maintain lanes. Unable to locate.
16:05PM – Complainant on Hondo Ave called in reference to screaming and yelling coming from house across the street. Father and adult daughter were involved in a dispute. Daughter was getting her belongings and leaving.
21:22PM – Complainant on Moore Ave advised female on location banging on door causing disturbance. Assist by MCSO.
June 11
13:40PM – Complainant advised lost wallet at Little League Field at 0830 hrs. Update 6/12/24 wallet found by owner.
16:06PM – Officer dispatched to Colonial Pkwy for theft less than $100. Hispanic male wearing gray shirt and black pants took without paying. Officers located male subject and ID’d him.
16:07PM – Called reported open door at Park Ave and persons entering abandoned property. Officer check property and cleared.
22:59PM – officer dispatched to Malone Dr for a verbal disturbance between male and female. Parties separated.
June 12
9:19AM – Complainant on Transportation Dr stated male subject on location removing steps from property. Officer made location and subject was an employee with a work order to remove steps. All okay.
12:38PM – Complainant on Herring advised two vehicles parked on side of road where it says no parking. All okay; vehicles left prior to officer’s arrival.
17:05PM – Complainant on Rossville Rd advised neighbor in an orange Mustang seen speeding. Officer made contact and owner ID’d. Officer advised subject to obey speed limit.
23:03PM – Complainant on Ross advised two subjects standing in front of address. Unable to locate.
June 13
0:23AM – Complainant on IH 35 S advised of suspicious male subject on bicycle. Unable to locate.
9:18AM – Complainant on Malone Dr advised someone had made “donuts” on the greens.
18:49PM – Complainant on SH 132 N advised she was assaulted by ex-husband. Subject shoved her against her daughter. Ex left prior to officer’s arrival. Charges pending.
19:26PM – Officer dispatched to IH 35 S for theft in service department valued at $52.82. Subject cited and released.
