He was born on February 13, 1972 to Mary Roberta & Roy Edward Walters in San Antonio, Texas.
Survivors include his mother Roberta Walters of Lytle, Tx. Wife Chelsea Anne Walters of Devine.
Daughters Savannah Lynn Walters, Hailey Shae Walters, Brooke Taylor Walters and one son Bridger Phanon Walters. Sister Jenni Beth (Lance) Hagdorn. Father In-Law Terry Richardson. Mother-In-Law Barbara Richardson. Brother-In-Law Dustin (Shanna) Richardson. Nephews Tucker and Bode Walters. Nieces and nephew Halle, Riley and Jackson Hagdorn. Daughter-In-Law Emily Walters, niece Resse and nephew Luke.
