Everyone is invited to a Drive-in movie in Devine this weekend on April 17. A family friendly cartoon will be shown, and you can tune in to hear the sound on the radio through 93.7. The movie “The Prince of Egypt” will begin at 8 pm outside the First Baptist Church in Devine located at 308 W Hondo Avenue.
You can park your vehicle on the old Briscoe property (where the old historic house was once located), and face toward the First Baptist Church in Devine. The large movie screen will be on the awning of the church facing the vacant lot across the street.
“We want to invite everyone to come out and enjoy a drive in movie,” stated Pastor Dan Newburg. “We are going to ask everyone to keep windows rolled up, and there will not be bathrooms available to avoid cross contamination.”
