Mrs. Lindsey was born April 30, 1948 in Hondo, the daughter of Alfred and Alma (Haass) Brieden. She married Lyndell Lindsey February 20, 1968 in Alice. They lived in Sandia for many years where they were members of the Sandia Baptist Church. In 1989 they made their home in Salado.
Mrs. Lindsey was preceded in death by her parents, and all her siblings.
Survivors include her husband Lyndell Lindsey of Salado, two sons, Darrell Lindsey of Bertram and Alfred Lindsey of Bastrop; one daughter Kaylynn Perkins of Turlock, California and three grandchildren; Karleigh Perkins, Kyle Perkins and Kinzy Perkins and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the funeral service.
Visitation is Wednesday, August 12 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Dossman Funeral Home, 2525 North Main, Belton, TX 76513. Funeral service is Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 2:00 pm at Dossman Funeral Home, followed by burial at 4:00 pm at Live Oak Cemetery, located on Live Oak Cemetery Road in Killeen, TX.
