You can almost just see him waving in the background! Eddie loved Devine and Devine loved Eddie.
Devine hosted its 62nd annual parade and festival last weekend, called the 2023 Devine Cactus Festival, with an estimated 6,500 in attendance at the festival alone, plus many more on the parade route. It is hosted and directed yearly by the Devine Chamber of Commerce for the past 62 years…
