Arabian XC places 2nd in home invitational

The Devine Arabians placed second at its first home meet of the season. Devine’s 52 points were 21 points more than team champion Pleasanton who had 31.
Freshman Katelyn Joslin and senior Brianna Bowyer led the Arabians with fifth and sixth place finishes respectively. Sophomore Kristina Morales also finished in the top 10 with a 10th place overall finish.
“We are a little hobbled by some nagging injuries but the girls continue to push themselves to get better,” said Head Coach Hannah Thompson. “We have a couple more meets at home to prepare ourselves for district competition in a few weeks.”
The Arabians run at Devine Golf course Wednesday morning.
