Arabian XC 4th at initial home meet

The Devine Arabians ran their second meet of the season this past Wednesday morning at Devine Golf Course. The Arabians placed fourth against stiff competition, and look forward to their next meet on August 28 at Medina Valley.
Leading the charge for the Arabians was Kristina Moralez who placed 12th overall out of the 66-person field with a time of 14:41. This was Kristina’s first meet of the season, as she did not run in Uvalde due to a volleyball tournament.
Airyanna Rodriguez, last week’s first place finisher at Uvalde, came in 16th with a time of 15:22 followed by Charlee Rangel who ran a 15:30 two-mile time.
Kadence Yeats (38th-16:42), Jilliyn Guajardo (41st-16:48), Kendall Marek (42nd-17:14), Rebecca Mares (50th-17:49), Trinity Black (52nd-18:24), and Angie Garcia (56th-20:04) closed out the places and finishes for the Arabians.
A late schedule change has the Arabians running in Medina Valley this Saturday. Please ignore the original schedule that has Natalia listed as the August 28 venue.
