Andrea Campos Garza age 82 of Natalia and Devine, TX entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 17th. Andrea is preceded in death by her parents Octaviano and Maria Campos. Her Husband Henry Garza, Sister Angelita Cura, Brother Santos Campos and son Edward Lopez.
She is survived by her brothers and sisters: Herminia Leal, Guadalupe Davila, Demencio Campos and Juan Campos. Her Children: Christina Rodriguez (Rey), Janie Garcia (Oscar), Frank Lopez (Freda). Her friend and companion Toribio Moreno Hernandez, nine grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Andrea was a friend to all, stranger to none. She was quick to share her sweet smile and warm nature. She cared deeply for the people in her life, generously and without hesitation. Andrea stewarded her position as a business owner with love and devotion. She accomplished a monumental feat in creating a workplace that was not just a business, but a community of family that genuinely loved and cared for each other. She regarded each of her employees personally with love for them and their families. As a mother, Andrea encouraged her children to be kind and loving, leading by example. She was dedicated in her faith, devoting time daily to pray the rosary with friends. Her faith was evident to all; to be on the receiving end of Andrea’s hospitality was to receive the nourishment of the fruit of her selfless love. To know her was to glimpse her Savior, Jesus. She was a beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. We are broken as we lament her loss; and we rejoice in the beautiful life she lived.
A rosary will be recited on Thursday, December 28, 2023, 6:00PM at Brookehill Funeral Home.A funeral mass will be Friday, December 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Devine, TX Interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery in Somerset, TX.”
