Amalia Cardoza, age 61, of Lytle, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas.
Amalia was born on September 21, 1956 to parents Gonzalo and Beller Ramirez. She is preceded in death by her parents, four siblings, and a daughter Anna Mari.
Amalia is survived by her daughters, Maria Olvera, Gracie Arredondo, Maria Bravok, Jessica Montanez, Jennifer Martinez, Teresa Perna, Erica Arredondo, Sons; Manuel Guerrero, Joe Ray Arredondo; 27 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
A very loving mother and grandmother, she had a great heart. She loved country life and animals and was very creative and crafty. These were traits she passed on to her daughters and granddaughters. She knew how to take the broken and make them whole again, how to make things shine.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 15th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Alta Vista Funeral Home in Natalia, Texas.
The funeral service will be Thursday, August 16th, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Alta Vista Funeral Home in Natalia, Texas with internment to follow at Lytle Cemetery.
