Alice Rose Ford Aldrich, age 67 of San Antonio, passed away on February 2, 2019. She was born December 29, 1951 in Laredo, Texas to Hermon B. Ford and Rosa Ybarra Ford.
Survivors include her children, Jennifer (John) Shugart of Teague, Texas, JoAnn (Brad) Kenyon of San Antonio and Samuel “Sam” (Kate) Aldrich of San Antonio; grandchildren, Carl Tyler Shugart, Kyle Shugart, Cameron Kenyon, Devin Kenyon, Autumn Aldrich, Sydney Aldrich and Clayton Aldrich; siblings, Lillie Christensen, Herman (Jeanette) Ford, Tommy (Wendy) Ford and Nellie (Mario) Garza as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Hermon and Rosa Ford and son, Michael Aldrich.
Visitation was Monday, February 11, 2019 starting at 5:00 pm at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home, with the Holy Rosary recited at 6:30 pm. Mass of the Resurrection was Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 18555 Leal, San Antonio, Texas 78221. Interment followed at El Carmen Cemetery, 18555 Leal, San Antonio, Texas 78221.
