The Texas Rangers will lead the investigation on the fatal incident this past Saturday, November 8, when a California man was fatally injured after threatening multiple people and eventually charging toward a Medina County Deputy with a knife, according to the Sheriff Randy Brown.
“This is a sad time for his family, and a tough spot to put my deputy in, but she did her job and she did it well,” said Sheriff Randy Brown.
