08/19- Theft
Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Tx-132 for a theft report.  Officer found that a suspect had stolen parts off a pickup truck, and other tools in the vehicle’s tool box, a suspect was identified and an arrest is imminent. 

08/19 Dog at-large
Officers responded to the 700 block of Miller St. for a report of a large black lab-mix dog on the reporting persons property.  Officers picked up the dog and later the owner was found and the dog was returned to its owner.

08/20 Phone harassment
Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of 8th street for a phone harassment report.  The complainant claimed that his ex-girlfriend was using computer generated phone numbers to send harassing text messages to the complainant.  Officers investigated the crime but were not able to specifically determine the origin of the harassing calls.  

08/21 Civil Standby / keep the peace
While on patrol at the Town & Country mobile home community, Officers were summoned by a passerby requesting for the officer to stand by while she retrieved some items from her boyfriend’s home.  Officers stood by while the passerby retrieved her property.

08/21 Physical disturbance
Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Bartlett for a physical disturbance report.  The victim stated that her live-in partner struck her on the side of her face.  At the time the suspect partner was  not on scene.  A report was taken and this case will be further investigated.  

08/21 Criminal Mischief
Officers were dispatched to the City of Natalia Water Tower area for a criminal mischief / Graffiti report. City staff reported that unknown suspects had illegally entered the enclosure where the water tower and a StandPipe water storage tank are located, Suspect then scaled the approximately 150 foot storage tank and wrote illegible graffiti at the very top of the storage tank. 

08/22 Family Violence
Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of County Road 6723 for a report of an assault that occurred the night before in the Natalia City limits.  This was a third party call and the alleged victim was not cooperative with investigation officers.  A report was file and this case will be further investigated.

08/23 Alarm Call
Officers were dispatched to a business located at the 21000 block of FM 471 south for a burglary alarm report.  Arriving officers checked the area and saw that there were no signs to indicate an actual burglary occurred. Officer deemed this a false alarm.

08/25 Assist The Public
Officers were dispatched to the intersection of FM 471 and IH 35 South under the bridge, for a vehicle possibly causing a road hazard.  Officers arrived and saw that it was a person that pulled over to the side of the road because they were not feeling well.  Responding officers called EMS and the citizen was transported to the hospital.

08/26 Minor Vehicle Accident
Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of 4th Street for a minor accident report.  Officer found that the accident had occurred elsewhere and the injured person called the police to report that he was having chest pains as a result of his vehicle accident, and needed transport to the hospital.  EMS arrived and they transported the man to the hospital.
