What started off rough finished with a little polish as Devine bounced back from a Tuesday loss to Uvalde with a strong, hard-fought win at home against Carrizo Springs on Friday.
The Arabians were not at their best in losing to the Lobos in four sets but staved off furious Lady Cat rallies to take down Carrizo Springs in straight sets.

Devine held tough throughout their three game set against the visiting Lady Wildcats. Although the Arabians prevailed, set scores of 26-24, 25-22, and 25-22 kept the intensity level high and the crowd thoroughly entertained.
